New and/or Changed Voter Registrations

The Milford Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session in the checklist supervisor office at the Milford Town Hall on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to accept new and/or changed voter registrations.  This will be the last opportunity to register to vote prior to Town Election March 14, 2017.

If you’re unsure of your current voter registration status, you may go online to check it at: sos.nh.gov or check the printed checklist located at the Town Hall Town Clerk office.

Boat Registration Now Available

2017 Boat registrations will be available in the Town Clerk's Office

Just bring in your photo identification and prior years registration (if you have it) and we can get the paperwork out of the way so you will be ready to put your boat in the water when the ice melts. No waiting for your registration to get mailed back to you. Get it done early and conveniently at the Town Clerk's Office.

Ethics Committee

The Milford Ethics Committee is looking for new members for our committee of 5 voting members and 2 alternates.  The Ethics Committee is charged with reviewing ethics complaints filed against Town officials, providing advice to Town officials on compliance with the Ethics Policy, and providing training to Town officials on the Ethics Policy.  Ethics complaints are based on:  Impression of influence, conflict of interest, misuse of position, or acceptance and giving of gifts.

Fletcher Paint Works Community - Updated 10-04-2016

General Electric (GE) and their contractor, Maxymillian, have started the excavation and off-site disposal of soils contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) at the Mill Street and Elm Street areas of the Fletcher’s Paint Works Site. EPA is committed to completing this cleanup project in a timely manner, but first and foremost, wants to ensure the safety of surrounding residents during the cleanup. Directions to Parking on the Milford Oval

From Nashua: take Route 101A West into Milford. Stay straight and 101A will take you right to the Oval.
From Keene: Take Route 101 East to Milford. Take the  Route 13 North exit towards Milford. Route 13 North will take you to the Oval. Route 13 North will take you to the Oval.
From Concord/Manchester: take Routes 93, 293 to Route 101 West. Take the Route 13 North exit.

Snow Removal Parking Ban

The Snow Removal Parking Ban system will be operational each year from November 15th through the following April 15th.  When winter weather conditions are predicted in that timeframe, appropriate town personnel will evaluate the forecast each day and consider if any clean up measures may be needed overnight.  If it is determined that clean up will be required during that following night the Snow Removal Winter Parking Ban (the Ban) will be put into effect.
