The Town of Milford Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 5:30PM in the Board of Selectman’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, 1 Union Sq, Milford, New Hampshire for the purpose of receiving public input and advising citizens on the progress of the construction of Pine Valley Mill Affordable Housing CDBG project as required under 24 CFR 570.486 and NH RSA 162-L:14.
The Board of Selectmen meeting will recess at 630 for the Budget & Bond hearing. On the completion of the Budget & Bond hearing the regular January 13th Board of Selectmen meeting will resume.
The Town Hall is a cornerstone of downtown Milford and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the late 1980’s it was substantially renovated for Town governmental and public use. It currently houses the following services: Office and meeting room of the Board of Selectmen; the Town Administrator; Human Services; Town Clerk; Assessing; Finance; Community Development; Recreation; Information Technology; Community Media; the Milford Area Communication Center; and the Ambulance Service (soon to relocate).
