• Call to order

• Approval of April meeting minutes

• Status report from Mike McInerney, including launch of town web site and current status of streaming video via EZstream.

• Continue review schedule of town meeting broadcasts: For example, Request to Broadcast School Board meetings multiple times similar to BoS meetings.

• Discussion for a 2 to 3 year plan for GTM

• Policies and Procedures for current channels (government and education).

• Enlisting volunteers – for example, taping spring sports

• Comcast contract status:

• Is there a draft available yet?
• NHCCM is doing a model franchise agreement – what is status on that?
• Litchfield has asked if we want to join a consortium (total of three towns) to hire a lawyer for the contract. Would this be useful?

• Web streaming for non-PC devices. Does EZStream have any support?
