Human Resources Department

The Human Resources department provides centralized personnel services and responsive customer service in support of the town administrator, department heads, and employees. The department is responsible for a full range of comprehensive human resources services and programs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization including: recruitment and selection, benefit administration, new employee orientation, labor relations, training, personnel policy development and administration, personnel record management, and employee relations and recognition.
