Milford has adopted a mandatory recycling program that is projected to reduce our reliance on incineration disposal by achieving a volume reduction of 30 %. Milford’s recycling program is designed to be as easy as possible, allowing you to bring a variety of items in a single container. This facility is open during all regular Transfer Station hours.
Transfer Station Dumping Permit
To obtain a permit, call the Transfer Station at (603) 673- 8939 or visit the scale house at the Transfer Station during hours of operation.
Dumping Fees
Residents must pay a fee to dispose of certain disposable items. See the fee schedule for details.
Recycling
Recycling is mandatory in Milford. Please read and comply with Milford's recycling guidelines.
