The Town of Milford Ordinances, Chapter 5.08 Alarm Systems and Alarm Monitoring requires alarm systems within the Town to maintain an operational permit. Permits are renewed annually, and emergency contact information must be provided. This form is submitted by the alarm system owner to the Fire Department for processing.
