Starting June 20th, the Water Dept. is issuing an outside water ban.

Water Ban

On June 20, 2020 Milford Water Utilities Commissioners are implementing increased water conservation measures to address recent dry weather conditions and high water consumption.

Effective immediately, Milford Water Utilities is asking all residents, businesses, industries and government facilities served by the municipal water system to stop using water for any outdoor purposes, with the exception of watering vegetable gardens. All town water users will abide by this restriction.
Residents are also alerted that continued dry weather conditions may create supply shortage concerns extending throughout the summer months. The increased conservation measures are temporary and will remain in effect until further notice.
