Securities Submission Documentation
The following is a list of the necessary documentation required for each type of Performance or Maintenance security:
Cash
- Cash Escrow Agreement Form
- Contact Information Form
- W-9 IRS Taxpayer Identification Form
- Guarantee Worksheet
Bond
- Original Bond document from the guarantee company
- Contact Information Form
- Guarantee Worksheet
Irrevocable Letter of Credit
- A draft copy should be submitted for review and approval by the Community Development Director
- Once approved the original Letter of Credit shall be submitted

Securities Release Documentation
At such time as the applicant would like to request a release of guarantee the attached Request for Release of Security form shall be submitted.
