Welcome to the Milford Assessing Department Informational Page.

Mission
The mission of the Milford Assessing Department is to identify and list all properties within the town for the purposes of taxation, with impartiality, fairness, equity and transparency, and in compliance with all State of New Hampshire Statutes and Rules.

Assessing Department Hours 

Monday -Thursday 9:00 AM - Noon and 12:30 to 3:30

This schedule may vary to accommodate vacations or other necessary absences.
It is always a good idea to call first. 

To make sure the Assessing Office is open or to make an appointment, please call 603-249-0615

Application forms for Abatement, Exemptions, and Credits are available on top of the drop-box in the glass enclosed front entry at the top of the ramp.  
You can leave your completed forms and documents in the drop-box. Please be sure your paperwork is in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Assessing Department.
