This year, 2026, Milford is performing a revaluation updating all property values throughout the municipality as mandated every 5 years by the State of New Hampshire RSA 75:8a.

Mission

The mission of the Milford Assessing Department is to identify and list all properties within the town for the purposes of taxation, with impartiality, fairness, equity and transparency, and in compliance with all State of New Hampshire Statutes and Rules.

Assessing Department Hours 

Monday 8-4, Tuesday and Wednesday 8 - 3 

This schedule may vary to accommodate vacations, training or other necessary absences.

Application forms for Abatement, Exemptions, and Credits are available on top of the drop-box in the glass enclosed front entry at the top of the ramp as well as in the hall next to the Assessing Department.  

You can leave your completed forms and documents in the drop-box. Please be sure your paperwork is in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Assessing Department.
