  • All inspections require a minimum of 24 hours notice and final C/O inspections require 48 hours notice.  


  • Building Construction and Plumbing Inspections are done between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm daily.  


  • Electrical Inspections are done on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. 


Effective April 1, 2026, office hours to meet with the Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector and Electrical Inspector are as follows:

Building & Plumbing Inspector:  Monday through Friday, 8:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-3:30pm

Electrical Inspector:  Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am-10:00am

The public may also schedule office appointments with the inspectors by calling Deb at 603-249-0620.
