How can I obtain a copy of my police/accident report?

If you would like to obtain a copy of a police report a written request form must be submitted to the department. The forms are available at the department or on our website. A report needs to be approved by a supervisor before it is ready for release and you will be called once the report is ready for pickup. Each report costs $.50 per page and you will be told the cost when we call you. The report(s) need to be picked up at the department and you will need to provide a photo I.D.

Incident/Arrest Reports: May take up to 5 business days once the incident/arrest has been closed. If you are looking for a copy of your complete arrest file, which is called a 2.10 Discovery, your request will go through prosecution and may take up to 14 business days.

Accident Reports: May take up to 14 business days.
