1.  Approve November meeting minutes.

2.  Members terms expiring.  Discuss keeping as alternates.

3. Vote for 2024 Officers

3. Old Business
  • Signage update:
    a.  What has been removed and what remains to be done
   
    b.  Is there funding for purchase of 2 more sandwich board signs to create directions to different material disposal areas?
 

     c. NH the Beautiful monies: discussed use of money from NH the Beautiful. Discussed possibly 1⁄2 to compost buckets and 1⁄2 to signage.  Banner on or coroplast signs on Solid Waste building instead of permanent sign?

     d.   Discussion on signs in place of Household Waste Only sign: 1. "Non Recyclable and non-compostable, no textiles." 2. "Please compost your food waste". Should these be ordered through DPW Signs?

Can we also order a new STILL GOOD SHED SIGN?

4. New Business
  • Earth Day Educational Event? or early May?
  • The Still Good Shed. Additional Volunteers?  There are many useful children’s items left at the shed. Discuss with Tammy if may be beneficial to have a volunteer assigned for kids’ stuff. 
  • Formation of Green Team at SVBGC. Hope to visit Solid Waste & recycling Center after school
  • Compost Training- Free for 2 people from town. Concord NH through NRRA
