Milford Town Hal HVAC (RFP 2023-03) - The Town of Milford is seeking qualified firms to replace the HVAC system within the Town Hall.  This proposal includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing HVAC system. Proposals shall be received by the Town at the Milford Town Hall, One Union Square, Milford, NH 03055 up until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, with sealed submittals opened at 2:00 pm. There will be a Mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walk-through from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Milford Town Hall. One Union Square, Milford, NH 03055. Building Demolition Services For 127 Elm Street (RFP 2023-04) - The Town of Milford seeks proposals from qualified building demolition contractors to assist in the demolition of a vacant, former 30,000 square foot commercial manufacturing building located at 127 Elm Street, Milford, NH and owned by the Town.  Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of the building as more particularly detailed in the Request For Proposal (click link). The firm selected must have qualified personnel who can represent Town in all aspects of property demolition. Proposals will be accepted unit 4:00 pm on October 17, 2023 at the Town Administration Office, Town of Milford, Town Hall, 1 Union Street, Milford, NH 03055. Milford General Assessing Services (RFP 2023-05) - The Town of Milford is seeking competitive proposals from qualified individuals or professional contracting services to provide Municipal Assessing services to the Town for a five-year period, including a statistical revaluation in 2026. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm October 30, 2023 at the Office of the Milford Board of Selectmen, c/o Lincoln Daley, Milford Town Administrator, 1 Union Square, Milford NH  03055. Milford Master Plan Comprehensive Update (RFP 2023-06) - The Town of Milford is seeking Request for Proposals for professional firms to lead and prepare a comprehensive Master Plan update  which addresses the many challenges that impact the Town’s municipal facilities and services, economic vitality/sustainability/growth, community character, and natural resources. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on November 3, 2023 at the Milford Office of Community Development.
