       - questions answered but BAC vote is still:  3 yea, 

           5 nay, 1 abstention.

5] Discuss the presentation to the BoS 13 February of 

       the Final Draft Plan for approval at the 27 February                

       BoS meeting.

6] BoS approval is our final action before the Town vote 

       besides publicity.  Floor to John Yule.

New Business:

7] Post ‘Final Draft Plan.’   Begin periodic update and 

       improvement process - regular quarterly basis.
